Being a Taxi Driver is not just about getting your passengers from A to B - there is a lot more involved. I have completed a Disability Awareness Course with the Council to go with my Safeguarding Course, Enhanced DBS Check and being approved by Kent County Council as a School Transport Provider. Not to mention having to have a medical, written exam and practical exam to get my licence, the car also has to have a compliance test every 6 months and an annual renewal - allowing you to book with confidence and safety.
